Thank you for your email.
We are aware of the ability of downloading savings accounts directly,
but not checking, we are working on preventing that as well. For security reasons, we no longer allow 3rd party software direct
contact to the website. For assistance in downloading transactions feel free to use our site
helper:
http://businesssupport.wamu.safeharbor.com/knowbase/root/public/wm2003.htmWhen downloading transactions any special characters can inhibit the two
programs from downloading correctly. Some examples of special characters are quotation marks, number signs,
ampersands, parenthesis, and asterisks. You would need to download around any dates that have these symbols and
then input the information manually into your software. Please email us with any other questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Shawn Mangan

Message: Quicken OL-221-A errorHi, i realize that i can go through the website and download my
transactions manualy then automatic via quicken but it seems that this
is a real hassle.Through quicken both 2007 on my desktop, laptop, and work computer I am
able to download transaction information for my savings account but not
my checking account. I always get the OL-221-A error. It seems that
this may be a problem with the way you send OFX information through to
quicken for my account. Is there a way to reset my account or anything that will allow quicken
to work with my checking and not just my savings?
